Job Summary

The Associate Implementation Consultant will work closely with the HCHB Consultants and will lead our clients through the implementation process so they will fully recognize the benefits of the HCHB solution.  Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting clients in setup of the software
  • Assisting clients in testing the setup of the software
  • Training clients on the use of the software
  • Supporting clients after their Go Live date

In order to get fully trained on the HCHB solution, the Associate Implementation Consultant will undergo an extensive training period that consists of:

  • Developing a Home Health Industry foundation : HCHB believes that Home Health Industry knowledge is a foundational skill set that Implementation Consultants should possess. We want our consultant to do more than just train the client on how to use our software. We want to train clients on how to benefit from our solution. This industry experience will help with this goal.
  • Gaining practical experience in the Home Health Industry : In order to fully develop the foundational skill set, Associate Implementation Consultants will spend some time with key clients gaining practical experience in a Home Health Agency.
  • Shadowing Senior Implementation Consultants : Associate Implementation Consultants will work with a Senior Consultant that will serve as a mentor that they will learn key skills from.

The Associate Implementation Consultant should be detailed oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. They must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.  This position requires patience, extensive travel, and a professional client presence.

Skills and Requirements

The Associate Implementation Consultant should be detailed oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. They must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. This position requires patience, extensive travel, and a professional client presence. 

They must possess the desire to learn and stay current in technology, to learn the home health industry, and the desire to teach groups of people or individually work with people. They must be proficient in use of computers and related equipment and be able to communicate effectively and convey thoughts in a way easily understood. 

Must be patient, organized, detailed oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Must be willing to travel extensively as needed.

Education

The Associate Implementation Consultant must possess degree in business administration/management.

Experience

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate efficiently and effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to teach and mentor.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
